Every share numbered: Each share by number, in order, with its holder, class, the day it was entered and the document behind it.
Any date: The register and the cap table as they stood on any earlier day.
Never edited, only reversed: A confirmed entry stays. A mistake is reversed and entered again; a wrong date, basis or price is corrected on the entry. The history keeps both.
Share classes: A, B and any others, each with its own votes per share and its own förbehåll: hembud, förköp, samtycke, omvandling, inlösen.
Notes that stand: A pledge or a notice is noted against its shares and stays open until a later note closes it.
Checked before it is written: Every draft is run against the whole register first. One that would break it is refused in plain words.
Who entered what, and when: Each entry carries the time it was entered. Admins also see who entered it.
Issued before Bolagsverket registers: Shares enter the register at once, and the share capital changes when you record the registration.

Events

Everything that happens to a share is an event with a date and a basis. You review it as a draft before anything is registered.

Three views of ownership: By capital, by votes and fully diluted, at any date.
Warrants and options: Teckningsoptioner and personaloptioner as programmes: given out, taken back, transferred and exercised into shares, with what is unallocated counted fully diluted. The guide explains them.

English or Swedish: Every export in either language, for today or for any earlier date.
A base for the voting list: For a general meeting: every shareholder with shares and votes as the register stood that day, ready for the chair to tick off.
A base for a dividend: A total or an amount per share, for one class or all, split over the shareholders of the day: who is paid how much.

No passwords: Everyone signs in with a link sent to their email.
Admins and readers: Admins change the register and manage members. Readers see all of it and change nothing.
Shareholders sign in too: Make a holding visible to an email address or a whole domain. The holder signs in and finds it under My holdings.
Protected personnummer: Other people's show as the birth year. Only an admin can reveal one.
Many companies, one account: Switch between the registers you keep from the company name at the top.
A way back: A removed company can be restored for 30 days. After that it is deleted for good.
